I am an IT Professional with over 20 years of experience in application development, systems integration, and mobile application development. I wrote my first program in 1984 on an Apple IIe, while my most recent application is a mobile app for Apple and Android, which communicates with a Node.js server.

I have worked with a number of different technologies over the years and I’m happiest when learning something new. Most recently, I’ve been helping companies establish and implement a mobile application strategy. There are a number of different ways to build a mobile app including Mobile Web, Hybrid (PhoneGap), and Native development on the device. With experience in each of these, I’ve been able to help companies look at their requirements and select the most appropriate technology.

I live in Fishers, IN with my beautiful wife, two awesome kids, and too many animals to list. I enjoy getting out of Indiana as frequently as possible and traveling to other counties. If you want to have a really nerdy conversation, make sure to ask me about my 3D Printer and Laser Cutter.

Business Development Manager

Starting my career in Human Resources and Recruiting, it was only a natural development to take my love of building relationships and growing businesses to the next step by becoming a Business Development Manager. With my keen understanding of building business relationships, I am dedicated to customer satisfaction. My areas of expertise include account management, recruiting, employee relations, performance management and organizational development. I take time to build relationships with consultants and clients, alike, in order to understand their needs or pain-points and establish mutually beneficial partnerships. Working with individuals to realize their potential and purpose is something I thrive on. It is my mission to expand Ion Three one excellent recruit or challenging project at a time.

I reside on the north side of Indy, however, originally from South Bend, I still find Indy to be a wonder and always seek to learn about new companies, restaurants, and places to explore (or shop). I have an affinity for decorating and like to find antique shops to scour in my free time when I’m not reading sci-fi novels or running (read: jogging).

Education: BA Economics – Indiana University, BA Political Science – Indiana University, Minor in Business – Indiana University Kelley School of Business
